Terms of use

1. Who we are

hawkvalue.com (“HawkValue”) is operated by “SUPREME COMMERCE” OOD, a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria, company number (UIC) 208832983, VAT BG208832983, Plovdiv, Bulgaria (“we”). Contact: contact@hawkvalue.com.

2. The service

HawkValue compares publicly listed prices of investment gold and silver at bullion dealers and shows spot prices. It is free and needs no account. We do not sell products, do not broker deals and are not a party to any contract between you and a dealer. By using the website you accept these terms.

3. How offers are ranked

Dealer offers are ranked by one main parameter: the selling price of the product in stock, from lowest to highest. Dealers do not pay for their position and cannot influence it. If we ever use paid or affiliate links, they will be clearly labelled and the ranking will stay by price.

4. Use of the website

You may browse the website, share links to it and quote short extracts with a credit and a link. You may not systematically or automatically extract content or data (scraping, crawling, bots) without our written consent, except for search engines that respect robots.txt, nor republish or sell our price database or substantial parts of it, nor interfere with the website’s security.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, code, design, the HawkValue name and logo and the selection and arrangement of the data are protected by copyright and database rights. Names and trade marks of dealers, mints and companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify whose prices are shown; this implies no partnership or endorsement.

6. Accuracy and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the data accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available. The information is not investment advice. Our liability is limited as set out in the disclaimer; nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue.
