Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use hawkvalue.com, why, and what rights you have. It follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for US visitors, the main US state privacy laws.

In short: HawkValue needs no account, does not sell personal data, uses no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts. We only process what is needed to run and protect the website and what you choose to send us.

3. What we do not do

  • No Google Analytics, advertising networks, social media pixels or similar tracking tools.
  • Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server.
  • The share buttons are plain links: Facebook, X or LinkedIn receive data only if you click them.
  • Links to dealers carry no tracking parameters. Once you open a dealer’s website, its own policy applies.
  • We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

4. Who receives data

Data is stored on servers in the European Union by our hosting provider, which acts only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. The same provider runs the email service for contact@hawkvalue.com. Where the law requires it, we may disclose data to competent authorities.

5. International transfers

We do not normally transfer personal data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Should that become necessary, we will rely on an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU standard contractual clauses, and update this policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability where it applies, and to withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to contact@hawkvalue.com; we reply within one month.

7. Complaints

  • United Kingdom: Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk;
  • European Union: the data protection authority of your country, or our lead authority, the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, cpdp.bg.

8. Visitors from the United States

HawkValue does not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, and does not use it for targeted advertising. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here because we do not track visitors across websites. You can ask to access or delete your data at contact@hawkvalue.com, whether or not your state requires it.

9. Children

The website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Cookies and changes

Details on cookies are in the cookie policy. We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
